We have found over and over that an individual going through this crisis has very little chance of being successful on their own.
Many times lenders and creditors just aren't willing to negotiate with a homeowner that has no professional support.
Our funding is provided by local businesses, individuals and mortgage lenders who are interested in preserving the American Dream of home ownership.

Foreclosure Crisis Center was formed for one purpose, to help families avoid Foreclosure at no cost.
We resolve to provide this service by using our expertise, experience and compassion for our neighbors to evaluate the best possible solution for each family. To provide education, training and support to all parties involved to facilitate informed decisions. To accomplish this in a timely and respectful manner in order to maintain dignity and bring closure to the crisis.
We combine our core values with our ability to establish relationships with mortgage lenders, investors, attorneys and government agencies to provide leverage for and give support to the individual homeowner. This partnership will maximize efforts to help families stay in their homes and will create a unified, coordinated plan to reach and help as many people as possible. We recognize that by working together we are more effective than working independently.
